it was noisy at night 😟. but the location was perfect, with cafes and bars right below, ample supplies in the daily stocked minibar, and very helpful staff 😊. couldn't ask for more!

The sandwiches nearby at God Save The Food are a must-try, and the location had a cozy vibe with quick access to La Taverna del Borgo Antico. The high ceilings and marble floors added a touch of elegance to our spacious room.

the hotel had a lovely view, but my suite was absolutely filthy, with hair everywhere and dusty surfaces. it would have been nice if they provided extra teabags or even cleaned up properly. i almost thought about giving them a good review, but i expected complimentary wine for all of my inconveniences. total letdown.

We had an amazing experience at The Unique in Milan! The staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating our changing arrival times with such kindness. The complimentary prosecco and snacks were a delightful surprise, making us feel pampered right from the start. The hotel was perfectly located, allowing us to explore the city with ease, and our well-appointed room had a generous minibar! Despite a couple of minor issues, I can't help but feel grateful for the wonderful service we received.
